We hired Samp construction to update an old house before moving in. We took Nate in and showed him the needs of the house and right away the team started drawing up ideas to turn existing rooms into useful living spaces that were updated/modern, but still fit the flow of the house. We stayed on budget the entire time and they were quick and efficient with their work. If I had concerns or was curious on progress, a quick call or text was made and worries were set aside. Very easy to work with and very accommodating in terms of listening to what you need, what budget you're working with and timeline.
